Dr. Bryant is currently the Senior Pastor of Travelers Rest Baptist Church in Vicksburg, MS. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Theology from Bethany Bible College in 1996, a Masters in Divinity from Columbia International Overcoming Outreach Theological School of Religion in 1998 and a Doctorate in Religion and Philosophy in 2000. Dr. Bryant then obtained another Master’s degree in Social Work from Florida Agricultural Mechanical University (FAMU) in 2009 and a second Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling from Bethany Divinity College and Seminary in 2018.

Dr. Bryant brings a plethora of counseling experience of over 25 years having served in some capacity of ministry at 7 other churches. He also served in the United States Army 23 years and retiring as Military Chaplain, Owner and Proprietor of Right Direction Healthcare Service Agency in Tallahassee, FL and School of Harts and Right Direction Childcare Facilities in Tallahassee, FL, Instructor/Officer for Depart of Corrections Academy in Columbia, SC and Counselor for Inactive Ready Reserve (Army).

Dr. Bryant is a member of Bethlehem M.B. Church Association, Union Baptist Association serving as Vice Moderator, Progressive Baptist Convention, National Baptist Convention, and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.
